We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Optimization Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, website design, and A/B and split testing. The Email Marketing & Optimization Specialist will be responsible for creating and optimizing email journeys, split testing and website changes to help capture more users. This role will also be responsible for setting up detailed reporting on ROI as needed.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
 

• Design and optimize email journeys and campaigns.
• Perform A/B and split testing to optimize website and email performance.
• Track and analyze website and email performance metrics.
• Develop and update website content to optimize user experience.
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues.
• Create detailed reports on ROI and other performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends.
