Job description
We are an IT company (Web and Digital Marketing). We are looking for a Business Development manager who will be responsible for generating business itself. He should be able to generate leads as well as business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales leads. Pitching services like Web development, SEO, ERP, custom software, Digital Marketing.
- Ability to handle Sales/Support Requests from Clients on Phone/Email/Skype/zoom etc.
- Experience in domestic and International markets to bring leads.
- Maintaining company profiles on various web portals like PPH, Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.
- Responsible for handling the complete sales cycle from calling customers, meetings, presentations, follow-up, and closing deals.
- Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the IT services being considered are suitable.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals/targets.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to write reports and proposal
- Following up on potential clients before starting a project and also for following up on payments and feedback after completion
- Experience with Digital marketing , SEO, SMM, website development, e-commerce etc.
- Meeting Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Targets
Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. (Master’s degree preferred).
