Business Development Manager

We are an IT company (Web and Digital Marketing). We are looking for a Business Development manager who will be responsible for generating business itself. He should be able to generate leads as well as business.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
 

  • Identifying new sales leads. Pitching services like Web development, SEO, ERP, custom software, Digital Marketing.
  • Ability to handle Sales/Support Requests from Clients on Phone/Email/Skype/zoom etc.
  • Experience in domestic and International markets to bring leads.
  • Maintaining company profiles on various web portals like PPH, Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Responsible for handling the complete sales cycle from calling customers, meetings, presentations, follow-up, and closing deals.
  • Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the IT services being considered are suitable.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals/targets.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to write reports and proposal
  • Following up on potential clients before starting a project and also for following up on payments and feedback after completion
  • Experience with Digital marketing , SEO, SMM, website development, e-commerce etc.
  • Meeting Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Targets

 

 

Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. (Master’s degree preferred).
