Job Summary
We are looking for Business Development Manager for an IT service
(Web Development, SEO, Mobile Application, Custom software ) with expertise in setting up relevant Meetings with prospects to be a part of our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, closing, and managing corporate clients (international & domestic) operating in various business sectors where software, web portal development and mobile applications, are relevant and necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Acquiring relevant leads and prospects through different channels for software
- Development, web design, App Development, IT/ Ecommerce projects.
- Should be comfortable in client interaction and gathering client requirements.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire a portfolio of clients, delivering on pre-set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
- Prepare monthly pipeline reports for management purposes.
- Coordinate with the technical team to determine client need, project feasibility and respond to inquiries.
- Developing new clients and understanding their requirements, setting up calls with the sales person.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients,
- Create a Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents
- Experience with interacting with clients in US, Canada, Australia, UK, India & Middle East
- Extensive experience in cold- messaging & calling clients, prospects, and Stakeholders
Job requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience relevant to the IT industry.
- Should have prior experience in International sales on various technologies like PHP based frameworks and technologies required for software and mobile app development
- Developing growth strategies and business plans.
- Schedule clients meetings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensure appropriate hand-over and seamless transition to post-sales teams in a timely manner.
- Excellent leadership, presentation skills, and communication skills. (English is a must)
